  1.                                          I. Introduction

     YL-TG40 box corner pasting machine is a molding machine used for angle sticking of the ornamental box, the design of which adopts the advanced technology from abroad,combined with the domestic special features in this field. Easy to operate, reasonable in structure and high in efficiency, it is suitable for large, medium and small printing and packaging factories.

II. Main features

  1. 1. It adopts clutch braking transmission.
  2. 2. It adopts eccentric wheel mechanism to do the ironing.
  3. 3. Its paper feeding adopts cam mechanism.
  4. 4. The ironing time is controlled by the time relay.
  5. 5. The operation is controlled by the feet switch.

IV. Operation

  1. 1. Put the machine horizontally, make adjustment, and connect to the 220V power source.
  2. 2. Open the door of the box, and put the glued paper belt on to the support, with the glued side downward. Extend the paper belt to the place below the electric heat head via the copper sheet groove and the paper belt feeding wheel.
  3. 3. Adjust the length of the paper belt. Set the sticking time (generally about 3s) and temperature.
  4. 4. Switch on the machine and turn on the electric heater. When the temperature reaches the set value (in the range of 140~160℃), the machine is ready for use.
  5. 5. Put the paper board on the positioning point, step on the foot switch to begin the operation.

V. Adjustment

1. Evenly adjust the bolts of the paper feeding belt.

2. Use mould 2 to position the ironing length, the spacing board 1 to position the bottom of the packaging box, and then fasten bolt 3; 2.2 is the bolt used for adjusting the pressure of ironing.

3. Adjustment of the length of paper belt: adjust the eccentric wheel 1, and then fasten nut

VI. Attention

  1. 1. Check if the power source is normal before switching on the machine.
  2. 2. Check if there is something clenched in the mechanical part before switching on the machine.
  3. 3. Please don’t put the hand between the moulds before switching on the machine, so as not to be hurt or injured.
