Working principle:
Roller immersion in the glue plate, when roller rotation, paper (or other material with smooth surface)
feeding and coating at the same time, the glue evenly over the surface.The feeding speed could adjustment.
Usage:
It is mainly used for the gluing of different thickness of paper, paperboard, Special paper,Paper box,
carton box, Corrugated box, note book making, paperboard puzzle. The gluing machine is the special
equipment or paper products to do gluing, which is widely used in printing and packaging, paper box,
carton, book cover making and Fabric sample volume producing industry.
Machine Informations:
1. Manual sheet-feed front edge suction for various sheet sizes.
2. Adjustable rollers apply smooth glue coating on the sheet surface.
3. The circulating glue system with temperature controller assures the adequate glue consistency.
4. Conveyor equipped with air-suction system to forward sheet flat and stably.
5. With ball bearing design of feed table, the sheets are conveyed straight-through by pressure system.
