Product Description

I. Overview

Model No.YL-700/1000 Speed Gluing Machine is special equipment for paper printing and packaging industry Gluing. This Machine design is very novel, make with meticulous care, compact structure, easy corrosion parts adopt the stainless steel, delicate appearance and durable, smooth transmission and easy to adjust, suitable for all kinds of different thickness of the paper.

II. Installation and Debugging

1.Installation : The machine must work on horizontal surface. It can not have serious tilt phenomenon, otherwise it will

make adhesive solution to gather at one end and out of plastic boxes outside

2.Commissioning: Before driving, you should turn the machine in manual way. Without any exception, you can plug

(220 v, 50 hz) turn motor speed switch from slow to fast rotation.

3. Debugging

a. The adjustment of you to bring the thickness of the plastic roller rubber: Please turn the regulating handle rubber

thickness (around this handle each one), make the belt, rubber roller moved back and forth between glue roller

clearance changes, so as to bring up the full between the thickness of the rubber, rubber thickness adjusting range

0.03 0.1 mm.

b. Adjust your pressure paper roll: Please turn the pressure roller adjusting handle (a) around each move up and down the roll, so as to bring up the paper clearance.

Note: This gap should be greater than the rubber thickness adjustment above at least. Otherwise it will lead to pressure paper roller with adhesive.

III. Dismantling of glue box
