1) Water Quality Control
--Soonercleaning is equipped with state-of –the –art water purification system to maintain strict hygiene standards. Bacteria count level in circulation water is monitored and controlled.
--Process water is regularly tested to control ph value and microbiogogical matter.
2) Fibers we use are famous brands --YiZheng polyester(ISO9001/MSDS/CE/ Oeko-Tex Standard 100) and Lenzing viscose (ISO9001/MSDS/CE/ Oeko-Tex Standard 100), which are at list 8~10% higher than filament produced by little firms.
3) Online Detecting: stain, mental, weight and evenness of cloth etc.
4) Strict microorganism control, helping you reduce cost of liquid ingredient and preventing to breed mildew less to keep your product stay for a long time in warehouse.
5) Cloth cover of Soonercleaning is very uniformity.

Beijing Soonercleaning Technology Co., Ltd., is specialized in the production of non-woven materials and related converting products, founded in 2003 with its headquarter in Beijing. Our factories are located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Now we have three production line for hygeian product.
In 2004,two spunlace non-woven production lines of the first stage project are put into operation.
In 2007 another spunlace lines are introduced for the second stage project. Now the workable widths of our equipment are from 10 centimeters to 350 centimeters with the current production capacity of 20,000 tons yearly.
After more than ten years's development, Beijing Soonercleaning has been the leading company in this field. With the help of ISO9001 international quality system, always subject to the principle of “Quality first, credibility first, customer first”.

Q: As you know, we will need a sample first, could you supply it for us please?
A: No problem, we can send you sample as your require. But please understand that we will choose the sample from our current stock, so maybe there is a little different of composition ratio or basic weight from your expectation, but it is enough for your reference. If you need us make a customized sample for you, it will charge small amount of cost.
