Packer Accessories/Factory
I .Usage: coal mine, clear dust, falling coal pressure, cracking coal, emission gas.
II. Functions:
1. Moisture into the coal, the release of part of the gas, and effectively reduce the gas content of the coal.
2. Water injection to achieve the desired effect can be reduced more than 80% of the dust, and to improve workers' operating environment to prevent dust explosion.
3. Moist coal, prevention of coal spontaneous combustion.
4. High pressure water injection, broken coal, reduce fire and industrial products, reduce costs, and increase the sense of security of the workers.
5. Sealing broken coal, can effectively prevent the coal and gas outburst and explosion.
III. Structure:
Sealing consists of a high-pressure rubber expansion tube, safety valve quick connector.
IV. Technical parameters:
Sealing diameter: 30-120mm (according to user demand for processing)
Working pressure: 1-8Mpa (according to user demand for processing)
Safety valve start pressure: 0.4-0.5Mpa
Work flow: water injection four tons -4.5 tons per hour
Sealing depth: 1M-8M
Hose expansion coefficient: 60% -100%,
The use of methods and precautions:
1, the use of coal seam water injection sealing fast, simple, just the job site waterway connectivity and sealing, the sealing device is fully inserted into the bore hole, under a certain pressure, the sealing device hose expansion to achieve sealing, water broken coal.
2 Coal Seam Water sealing device can be repeatedly used several times after water injection relieved the pressure, the sealing can be recovered, remove the sealing device.
3, send plug sealing and recycling sealing non-pressurized operation.
