Din94 Stainless Steel Split Cotter Pin
Cotter pin is also known as split pin that is bended in the middle of a steel panel to become two shoulder to shouler feet , and a round hole at the one end ; split pin go through the hole of the workpieces and widen the two feet to make the workpieces not back or slip out .

Material introduction

Control Quality
(1) Checking material before feed in
all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before put them onto the machines to ensure material is available .
(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )
The semi-finished products must be checked in special tools during production , this ensure products are always under control .
(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment
The most metal products need post treatment after finished proudct, all products will be tested after than to make sure the quality of products are meet the related requirement .
(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;
All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .
(5) Packing
Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .
(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )
When all goods are ready , we will make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .
(7) Delivery
Everything is ready , we will deliver goods to appointed place or port according talking

Items are packed in apparent polybags and solid cartons then , usually 3-5 bags in each carton and the gross weight is about 15 kilograms .
