Product Application
Second-generation non-stop without mesh filter has a simple structure to facilitate the demolition, built-in heating, high precision,simple and beautiful appearance, long life, easy adjustment screw clearance, etc. it slao can be used as a separator.
This filter is effective in filtering 60 mesh. No matter what type of machine installed on the need to achieve the required pressure can be used, more than 90% of the material can be produced. Customers can be supplied directly to the
factory test.

1).Non-stop machine automatic deslagging filter is a plastic extruder filter, the production high impurity, especially dirty recycled plastics and secondary waste plastics to non-stop without changing the network function;
2).Which is provided with a conical filter set, conical impurity screw (filter 12000-28000 pores, according to various set of filter specifications, user requirements, decided to filter pore diameter size and the number of holes. The conical
filter sleeve with a tapered clearance of 0.05-0.1 mm, can be arbitrarily adjusted;
3).When the production of material from the pores of the past, to attain the purpose of filtering, small pores within the
filtering sleeve on the wall, not blocked. Production materials from the inside to the outflow pressure, stolen goods flow in the filter sleeve inner wall resistance; by removing impurity screw at 3-5 rpm to remove impurities, send end;
4).Storing sleeve diameter and storage section cone type screw have a certain space, filtering materials through the
removal of miscellaneous screw forward pressure will automatically return, round-trip filtering achieves good and
miscellaneous material separation, end impurity storage to a certain number, is discharged through the manual
discharging switch, to no net without stopping filtering 24 hours uninterrupted function;
5).This filter can also be used as a separator using a maximum separation of 50% of impurities.
