Multifunctional Front and Back Labeler is an ideal choice for the daily chemicals, food and beverage s , pharmaceutical and other light industries automatic two sides labeling on oval shaped or rectangular shaped containers wrap around labeling on round bottles .
Functional Characteristics
(1) Highly user friendly interactive touch-screen control makes operation convenient and straight forward. Also offers plenty of on-screen help functions and alarms.
(2) Design features to ensure precise and smooth labeling on oval or rectangular bottles:
2.1 An alignment device composed of a pair of side chains to ensure symmetrical alignment of bottles along the center line.
2.2 A top conveyor belt at synchronized speed with the main conveyor to hold thE bottles in place to maintain bottle alignment and stability throughout the labeling process.
(3) A dual-function labeler for wide range of applications: Simple adjustment to swap between two sides labeling mode and wrap-around labeling mode.
(4) Optional special label sensor for detection of film transparent labels.
(5) 20 sets of labeling parameters memory allows easy changeover between different labeling jobs by switching the pre-defined parameters set.
(6) Optional hot-stamping coder or inkjet coder for date-coding on the labels. May also provide alert on the status of the coding device.
(7) The system can be used either stand-alone, or integrated into the existing production line flexibly.
