The vacuum metallzing machine is designed to coat the aluminum or golden or copper or others on one side of the material,such as
YZZ Model free suspension style metalizing machine
This type of machine can avoid metalize empty line,side line and wrinkle,and it adpots free floating type rolling system which is special for low tension plastic film,such as PET PE,CPP,BOPP etc,the speed can up to 600m/min.
The vacuum room is with vacuum part and rolling part,each part is with vacuum pump sets,the vacuum pump is also controlled by PLC.
The rolling system is with advanced 4 rollers and 4 motors rolling type,rolling process is controlled by SIMENS PLC,with advanced balance aluminium roller.
