Overview
DS200 type soil moisture sensor have the features of high stability, easy operate and maintenance , etc.
It can measure the soil moisture content and temperature simultaneously , calibrated through digital
single-chip microcomputer which have analog and digital output, with high measuring precision, good quality.
We select ABS engineering plastics as sealing material in order to ensure the strength and support life .
TR - 3100 type sealing with the protection rank of IP68, which make it can be used into the soil for a

Priciple

DS200 type auto temperature sensor oem applying crystal oscillator produces high frequency signal, and transferred to the parallel metal probe, produce the superposition of the sending signal and the returned signal ,which can measuring the soil moisture content through measure the amplitude of the signal .Due to the dielectric constant of water is much larger than normal material, so when the soil moisture content increases, the dielectric constant will increases , so it can measure the soil moisture according to the corresponding relationship between soil dielectric constant and the soil moisture .

Application of the soil moisture analyzer
- Soil moisture sensors are widely used in agricultural irrigation systems, soil moisture monitoring, hydrological monitoring and other aspects of water conservation, and the number of mining and its long distance transmission equipment which may constitute a telemetry system.
- For example, when the soil is arid, remote alarm system, while the control system automatically switch es the pump and valve control, to automate irrigation.
- When combined with some additional sensors, you can also calculate the evaporation of soil moisture and crop water needed parameters.
