1.Wood sawdust machine can specially crush big logs directly into smaller than 5mm sawdust. At this moment, mostly sawdust making process is wood chipper+hammer mill two process, but now sawdust machine integrates two machines advantages and can crush raw big logs into fine sawdust powder directly . Now sawdust machine is the most ideal equipment for biomass energy fuel plant and widely used in wood factories.
2.Wood sawdust machine adopts advanced technology,the heart part is best rotor ,which is consist of “ group gears” ,and the gears uses the high alloy anti-friction steel material. Which can bear high pressure and have enough ability to crush logs into powder.
3.After crushed by sawdust machine, the last sawdust powder dimension is smaller than 5mm , which can be used to press pellets directly . Sawdust machine key parts are made by CNC systems, through high technical heat treatment , which are long lifetime , reasonable structure, low consumption and high working efficiency.
