Attention: The characteristic of F520 ultrasonic level sensor is no drill hole on the fuel tank, which use glue fixing on the tank bottom. And the measure range is 20mm~2000mm. It includes the function of ultrasonic level sensor, GSM/GPRS (optional for WCDMA), and GPS module. Any questions, pls leave message to me. Best regards.
Overview
The DF520 is 3 in1 product, which include the function of ultrasonic level sensor, GSM/GPRS (optional for WCDMA), and GPS module. So it can work as gps tracker and fuel level sensor at the same time.
Regarding the function of level sensor, it is one type of ultrasonic level sensor which measure the liquid level without drilling hole on container. The resolution is 1mm or 0.1%FS (the bigger value). Measurement range from 0-2 meters.This model is the updated version for our product DF500. It is applicable for the close container or open container which thickness is less than 3mm. Steel tank, Aluminium alloy tank or plastic are applicable.
As it is integrated with GPRS+GPS (WCDMA+GPS for 3G version), so it can upload data to gps tracking system server. It is support to upload data to third party IOT platform, such as Freeboard™ or Thingspeak™.
It is applicable for automotive, oil station, chemical storage and other industrial to realize realtime monitoring of storage, online inventory management, statistics and estimation of production.
It is open for customized design (OEM/ODM) on hardware or software.

*: The couplant and glue is forbidden to delivery for airplane shipping or express shipping. So we do not offer them in the standard package.
Please purchase at local market. The couplant (vaseline) is easy to find at medical store.
It is applicable only if the glue can work for your container and the transducer.
The LED Display tool is helpful to find the good installation point during installation. It is not included in standard package. One led tool is enough for multiple DF520 installation.
