Machine Characteristic:
1. Wood shredder chipper knives gap can be adjusted, then outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.
2. Wood shredder chipper contain 4m feeding belt conveyor, the conveyor speed can be adjusted when conveying logs. Also wood chipper can contact with outlet belt conveyor to transport out wood chips after crushing. The outlet belt conveyor can be installed at the wood chipper bottom or installed at the behind of wood chipper.
3. Wood shredder chipper has knives, the knives no need to change often. Generally, the knives need to grind per shift, need to change about 3-5 month.
4. Wood shredder chipper knives roller is the main part to working, which made by welded steel plate. It has good rigidity and moment of inertia. Also the knives roller is through the dynamic balance test, working stable when operation.
5. Wood shredder chipper has limit feeding door dimension, for example GX218, feed door size is 30*68cm, means raw wood logs diameter should be smaller than 30cm, but length is not limitation, feeding speed can be adjusted.
