We produce biomass pellet production line machines such as wood debarking machine , wood logs splitter, wood chipper, hammer mill crusher, straw bale crusher, grass cutter, dryer and cooler, pellet machine and briquette machine, various mixer, screener, biomass pellet stove, pellet packing machines and all conveyors e. c. t , for wood pellet packaging machine , introduction as below :
1. pellet packaging machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer . the integrated type is very flexible. Which type sealer will be organized in packing machine is mainly depends on bags materials.,for example we will install heat sealer if bags materials are made from plastic , if nylon or paper or cloth bags, then install sew sealer
2. pellet packaging machine can measure weight and close bags automatically, when adjust weight into one stable number for example 20kg/bag, bags will fall down to bottom conveyor automatically when reaches 20kg , then bags will convey to sealer. Then sealer will close bags automatically and print production date. The pellet feeding to bags speed also can be adjusted
