Maize grinding hammer mill application:
Maize grinding hammer mill can crush feed material into 2-8mm before making feed pellets, such as maize, grain, wheat, soybean, corn etc.
Maize grinding hammer mill working principle:
Raw material will enter the wood hammer mill through the top inlet, will enter the crushing room from the left or right through the guide of feed guide plate. The raw material will be crushed under the high speed hammer blow and the friction of screen, last material will be absorb from the side of base under the function of centrifugal force and airflow.
Maize grinding hammer mill note:
Before crushing, raw material moisture need to smaller than 20%.
Maize grinding hammer mill characteristics :
1. Maize grinding Hammer mill structure is reasonable. The rotor of feed hammer mill are all through the dynamic balance test, machine can stable working when operation.
2. Maize grinding hammer mill inlet with feeding guide equipment, the rotor of hammer mill can rotate with two direction.
3. Maize grinding hammer mill crushing room is weld gear, its function is same as the rebar, increase the raw material collision rate, raise the last capacity, meanwhile protect the screen.
4. Maize grinding hammer mill has four suspension link lock the machine on the two side of machine operation door, this structure more convenient for changing screen, easy repair and maintenance.
5. Maize grinding hammer mill spare part hammers and screen are made by CNC system, through high technical heat treatment, we can ensure its high precision and durable working efficiency.
6. Maize grinding hammer mill feeding door on the top part, can contact with changeable speed feeder.
