1.poultry feed pellet mill/chick feed mill makes 2-8 mm diameter animal feed pellets. such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets ,duck feed pellets, pig feed pellets and 1.5-3mm fish feed pellets, 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets and so on.
Raw materials can be soybean, maize, cereal,grass, alfafa,stalk e.c.t , the cereal materials proportion should larger than crude fiber biomass proportion---means biomass proportion can not larger than 50% ,
before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into fine powder .
2.poultry feed pellet mill/chick feed mill has large diameter ring dies inside , when pellet machine works, the temperature can make materials fully cured
Which will help animal easily digest, at the same time the spare parts friction can fall to bottom.
3.poultry feed pellet mill/chick feed mill has forced material-entrance equipment and
overload feeding protection device ,which makes machine more safe to work. Also it has changeable speed feeder and conditioner ,
the feeder can adjust feeding materials speed .
Conditioner will connect with steam boiler to soften materials. If use steam, pellet surface will become more smooth and increase capacity.
4. When poultry feed pellet mill/chick feed mill works, rollers and ring die touch with each other in the vertical type—roller assemble take rotary and ring die keep stable .
