We mainly produce fertilizer pellet making line machines such as fertilizer ferment upender, fertilizer crusher, fertilizer mixer, fertilizer pellet machine and disc granulator, dryer and pellet cooler, Screener pellet packing machine and all conveyors, for Ribbon fertilizer mixer, details as below :
1.Ribbon fertilizer mixer has one single twin-Ribbon shaft inside ,which can be used to mix various of fertilizer and animal feed solid powder materials , such as feed materials from soybean, maize, grain e.c.t. Such as fertilizer materials from NPK, poultry manure ,organic or compost ect .also can add various of liquid. Mixing efficiency is larger than 98% .
2. Ribbon fertilizer mixer feeding door and discharging door have both manual and pneumatic type ,mixing time is short ,which is just 3-6 minutes per batch, generally larger than SHJ1000 model should use pneumatic type. After discharged , no dead corner left
3.Ribbon fertilizer mixer has two feeding doors on top , one is used to add main materials, the other is used to add Additives. also it has liquid adding pump, various of liquid can be added , when liquid spray to solid materials, it will become steam type and melt in solid powder, making high mixing efficiency.
4. when Ribbon fertilizer mixer works, materials will go from one Ribbon side to the other side ,then materials reback in the opposite way along with the other Ribbon side. It has high mixing balance degree, don’t exist any shaking , bearings are high quality .
