Introduction
WLJ series horizontal centrifugal granulator integrates rotating centrifugal, friction binding, polishing into one process, absolutly resolve high invest, complex process, repetitive process etc traditional granulation problem. The granulator is widely used in poultry feeding, brew, sugaring, papermaking, medicine, cigarettes industry granulation process, which can produce round shape organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, now is the most ideal equipment to make organic fertilizer granules.

1. What materials can produce bio/ organic fertilizer?
-- Agricultural waste: such as straw, soybean meal, cottonseed meal and so on.
-- Animal manure: such as chicken manure, cattle manure, pig manure or rabbit manure.
-- Industrial waste: such as lees, vinegar residue, cassava residue, sugar bagasse, furfural residue, etc.
-- Life garbage, food waste, vegetable waste and so on.
-- Municipal sludge: river mud, sewage sludge, etc.
2. What is the size of feeding materials?
less than 5mm is best.
3. What is the moisture of feeding materials?
20%-30% for granulation.
4. What is the size of output granule?
1-10mm.
