We mainly produce fertilizer pellet making line machines such as fertilizer ferment upender, fertilizer
crusher, fertilizer mixer, fertilizer pellet machine and disc granulator, dryer and pellet cooler, Screener
pellet packing machine and all conveyors, for fertilizer blender, details as below :
1.fertilizer blender has one single twin-ribbon shaft inside ,which can be used to mix various of fertilizer materials and animal feed powder
materials .such as animal feed materials from soybean, maize, grain e.c.t. Such as fertilizer materials
from NPK, poultry manure ,organic or compost waste ect .also can add various of liquid. Mixing
efficiency is larger than 98% .
2. fertilizer blender feeding doors and discharging doors have both manual and pneumatic type ,mixing
time is short ,which is just 3-6 minutes per batch, generally larger than SHJ1000 model should use pneumatic discharging doors. After
discharged , no dead corner left
3.fertilizer blender has two feeding doors on top , one is used to add main materials, the other is used to
add Additives. also it has liquid adding system, various of liquid can be added , when liquid spray to solid
materials, it will become steam type and melt in solid powder, making high mixing efficiency.
4. when fertilizer blender works, materials will move along from one Ribbon side to the other side ,then
materials reback in the opposite way along with the other Ribbon shaft side. It has high balance mixing
degree, don’t exist any shaking problem, bearings are high quality . The steel can be made from stainless
or carbon , depends on your raw materials character.
5.fertilizer blender whole mixing process is stable, now it is hot selling more than 5000 sets per year ,
