Introduction of Manure Fertilizer Mixer Blender
SHJ type screw mixer is widely used in mixing the powder raw material in many industries, such as organic fertilizer, chemical factory, feed factory, breedaquatics factory, food factory and flourmill and so on. It can make the materials mix evenly and ensure the quality.
Main Characteristics
-- SHJ series single-shaft twin screw mixer is a horizontal and a batch type, the mixing degree of homogeneity is high: CV≤5%-7%, the mixing time is 3-6 minutes, adopt the pneumatic wide door at the bottom to discharge the material.
-- Have the special rotor in structure, no blind angle, mixing degree high. The space between rotor and main case can be adjusted. There is the wide-door or full-opened door at the bottom, little residual. Both ends of machine are designed as double-deck, avoid the material leaking.
-- The discharge outlet is controlled by the pneumatic way (also dynamoelectric or manual), making the action more accuracy and sealing function better. In addition, the oil pipe is installed inside the machine.
-- The machine whole structure is reasonable, profile is beautiful, operation and maintaining is easy.
