Product information :
This technology adopts the mixing of de-crustation and de-germing technology (full dry method). This technics featured in low energy-consumption, easy operation and Maintenance; Moreover, it needs only 3-4 staff to run the whole line and can produces low fat maize polenta and maize gifts and maize-leaf with different size/fineness at the same time. Maize polenta and maize gifts are the ideal raw material for foodstuffs factory, wine plant, lactic acid plant, maize sugar plant. They are also the ideal foodstuffs for towners who want to make life better by eat refined coarse grains.
Products technical data:
1. Product variety: maize polenta, maize gifts and maize-leaf.
2. Power consumption: about 60 Kw. H/Ton (maize)
3. Rate of finished products: maize polenta : about 40-55%maize gifts : about 35-20%; maize leaf : about 25%total finished product rate can reach about 80%.
It has two section, the right section is to hull the corn skin, remove the black spots and corn germ. Every hour it can hull corn 300Kg. What's more, you'll get 75--85% corn kernel, and the left 15-25% is the brans for animal feeds.
The left section would at one time to grind the corn kernel into three end products: large grits, medium grits, and corn flour, every hour it can process max 1000Kg grits, or max 350Kg flour.
Large grits: 2mm, 30%
Medium grits: 1.5mm, 40%
Corn flour: 0.48mm, 30%
Both of these two section working at the same time, it only cost you 7.5KW.
It is greatly welcomed by village/ town milling house, or medium size grain processing factory, hotsell in China, America, England, Austria, Negeria, etc.
