Q 1: Are you factory or trading Company?
>> We are manufacturer which have more than ten years experience on packaging Products. And our factory is based on Xintang Town, Guangzhou City, China.
Q 2: Is your packaging product food grade? Can i use it to pack food?
>> Yes, the material of the packaging products is of food grade, it has FDA-SGS certifiacte. Of course you can use it to pack all kinds of food.
Q 3: Can i get free samples?
>> Yes, the existing samples on stock are for free. You only need to shoulder the shipping cost.
Q 4: What size do you have?
>> The existing mold's diameters range from 18mm to 156mm, and height is custimized. OEM available.
Q 5: Can i put my logo on the packaging products?
>> Yes. The design is customized. We can provide the packaging product with your design and logo.
Q 6: What kind of Payment Terms can you accept?
>> TT 30% and 70% balance pay off before shipment. L/C also available if the amount is large.

1.Please tell us the products details: size(diameter and height),material,quantity,printing request, packing request and so on.
2.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample with my logo ?
5-7 days to prepare for the sample. Our current sample is free for small quantity, and you only need to shoulder the shipping fee. If you want your designed sample, the sample fee will be refunded when you place order.
4. What's the lead time for mass production?
After all information are confirmed( including the artwork design and the down payment reach us), 15-20 days for 500 000pcs.
5. About the terms of delivery
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective to you.
