application:
- Screw feeding conveyor : Convey the waste PET PP to the crusher
- Crusher: Crush the waste PET PP.
- Flotation rinsing unit: Separate the bottles caps and impurity from the crushed PET PP flakes.
- Screw feeding conveyor: Convey the waste PET PP to the hot washer.
- Hot washing tank ( 2pcs): wash the PET PP flakes.
- Screw feeding conveyor(2pcs): Abstract the PET PP flakes from the hot washer.
- High speed Scrubbing washing unit: remove the impurity and the rest dirty in the surface of the PET PP flakes.
- Floating tank: Separate the caps and impurity from the PET PP flakes again.
- Electric heating drying unit:dry the PET PP flakes.
- Pet pp washing recycling line (crush+ wash+ dry)
