1.The whole machine is equipped with automatic feeding,sheet extrusion,plasticizing forming and auto continuous production line of integrative recycling for scraps and waste material

2.It is available for the material of PP,PE,HIPS,GPPS sheet extrusion plasticizing forming. The extrusion screw adopts the largest diameter ratio, using advanced hydraulic pressure high speed net changing fitting without stopping the machine, brighter pressing roller surface than mirror and even temperature of roller surface which make the sheet bright and even thickness.
3.The forming device adopts the equipment of hydraulic four-column, with the advantage of running stability, little noise and strong clamping force. The machine has compact structure, short production process, finished products with high grade and in line with the national health standards.
4.The whole machine is designed with high automation, electromechanical and gas hydraulic integration, PLC control, rapid production speed. It can produce various parts by installing different moulds to reach multi purposes.
5. The production line will highly reduce the labor force and save production cost and the integration of scraps and waste material recycling.
