Filler Masterbatch PE is widely used in plastics industry to reduce cost, increase the hardness, improve the surface of product and limit the shinkage.
More than that, this filler is made of CACO3 powder with large percentage of 80%. Whereas our calcium carbonate has good dispersion and environmental protection, which can improve the surface antifriction, heat stability, toughness, hardness, rigidity and increase specific gravity of plastic products.
Our Filler Master Batch is produced in a highly respective environment, with high quality process and selective raw materials.
HP – PE 1024 is a polyethylene based master batch containing calcium carbonate.
It is grayish white with excellent sisersibility.
It can be mixed with polyethylene resin for film blowing, casting, extrusion and is
easy to disperse with compatibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat
resistance, slip resistance, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat
release from burning and therefore prevent further environmental pollution.

Storage: The product is sensetive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use product immediately after opening bag. If it has moiture problem, dry by hot air recycle machine under 90 C for 30 minutes.
