Beer factory equipment
We learn from German advanced manufacturing technology and develop a series of saccharifying system equipment and components. Our fermentation system equipment also achieves the world first-class level. The saccharification and mash copper and its heating structure are precisely designed, thus the mash copper has 1.5℃/min temperature rise and saccharification copper has 1.2℃/min temperature rise.
Filter tank, feeding hole, wort hole, and water recoil device are evenly distributed. Along with other related parts, the low flow structure won’t destroy the trough layer, and the holding time of filter tank will be less than 3 hours. The pneumatic, hydraulic or powerless spring-restoration bottom feeding valve reserves the position near to the switch. With the help of automatic control chain lock, directional filter plate back purge system, and directional filter plate back purge valve, the scientific back purge of filter tank is achieved.
Automatic control slotting system, curve type stainless steel dual-feet plow knife, boiler, new adjustable multilayer reflection type heater with purge system, Maitreya plate fermentation tank liner, PLC automatically controlled CIP system, all these advanced and unique technology provides a solid foundation for achieving the overall turn-key project.
