The cooling room structure and its main components:
Details:
1. Thermal PU insulation panels
1). Floorboard:
It has the fixed length, width and thickness and can be customized. The high and medium cold rooms require 10cm thick board. The low and freeze cold rooms need 12cm or 15cm board.
2).Foam materials sprayed with PU:
The materials are directly sprayed on the warehouse to form PU plate that does not absorb water and has good thermal insulation property. But the cost is higher.
3).Foam materials sprayed with PPOB:
The materials are directly sprayed on the warehouse to form PPOB plate that absorbs water and has poor thermal insulation property. But the cost is lower.
4).When the heat insulation materials get damp, their heat insulation property lowers. Hence damp-proof course should be added to both sides of the heat insulation plate. The damp-proof course is made of asphalt, linoleum, plastic coating, plastic film or metal plate.
2. The refrigeration system
1).Compressor (the most critical part):
Generally, the small cold room uses the closed compressor. The medium and large cold rooms adopt semi-closed compressor.
2).Evaporator:
In general, the high temperature cold room uses fan as evaporator. The fan features rapid cooling but it causes moisture loss easily. The medium and low cold rooms used seamless steel tube evaporator, which is characterized by good constant temperature effect and timely cooling.
3).Condenser:
The condenser has cooling modes of air cooling, water cooling and air and water cooling. The air cooling is used for the small cold room and the water cooling for all kinds of refrigeration systems.
3. The other spare parts components:
The temperature control machine, door lock, hinges, handles, etc.
