Heavy calcium carbonate, simply called heavy calcium ,is a white powder made of fine calcite.lts chief composition is CaCO3. It displays such properties as whiteness, purity, soft colour and stability in chemical composition. Therefore it is a very good filler widely used in industry.
The model -Coated FC-A5 powder has sizes D97<18µ with high whiteness.Especially, using this FC A5 help to improve products’s performance on tensile strength, hot resistance , aging resistance , tear resistance , reduce production cost.
CaCO3 is also used in coating industry, increase the thickness of coating layer, improve abrasion resistance, at the same time increase coating ratio and spraying area.
In addition , it does not contain heavy metals , is the first choice of powder coating
