1. What's the warranty?
--PV solar module- product warranty: 5 years Performance warranty: 25years life time,10 years with 90% output, 20 years with 80% output.
--Battery: warranty 2 years, with 5-8 years life
--Controller: warranty 2 years with 5-10 years life
--Lamp: warranty 2 years with =>80000hours life span
2. What kind of maintenance does it require ?
No maintenance is required except for an occasional wiping of the solar panel to keep it clean to allow the batteries to charge properly for optimum performance.
3. How long will solar lights run at night ? & What if there is a rainy day ?
You name the hours you want the lights work at night and we can configure the whole system for you.
Our system usually are configured to continue to work for 3-4 days when there is bad weather.
If you have more requirements,we can reconfigure it for you.
4. What information are useful to offer you the best customized solar light ?
1) The Watt of LED lamp (60Watt, for example)
2) Working time of solar light every day (10 hours, for example)
3) The height of the poles, or the width of road
4) The place the street lights will be installed
5) How many continuous rainy days in the raining season there and so on.
5. Do I need to charge for my batteries?
The batteries in your solar units are charged by the sunlight through the solar panel.
The batteries must be charged properly prior to the first use. We will do it for you.
