Technical specifications

This product is a small double power supply automatic switch. 

Suitable for the family and other load power smaller users,

not suitable for connection in high power motor and perceptual load circuit

The power supply priority

Only in the situation state grid out of power ,ATS automatic connect the self-provided generator power supply circuit .

In the situation self-provided generator power supply, 

when state grid restore power, ATS automatic transfer to state grid power supply and break the generator power .

At the same time "TRIP" interface switch quantity signal into a connection status. 

generator according to the signal automatic stop power.

To sum up, the national power grid has the first power supply in priority, 

and generator power supply of the second priority.

practical application

ATS can be connected to the acoustic power supply. For example ,it can connect state grid power and crude oil engine power.

Power supply automatic switching control function description

connect power supply and power load as picture 2 shows.

In the situation only self-provided generator power supply, "Gen" (picture 1 ) indicator emit light

In the situation only state grid power supply, "Utility" (picture 1 ) indicator emit light

There are two time relay in the ATS

One is external can adjust the delay time of the time relay, the maximum delay time is 60 minutes .

it is used to pre-set generator power generation time length .when “Timer” button pressed (time relay connected ), 

when delay time finished , ATS switching value signal output into connection status.receiving this switching value ,

the engine automatic stop power .If the Timer button in the "off "status, then there is no delay stop generator power signal output.

The other time relay can not be controlled outside the ATS, it is set as 15 seconds delay .

When state grid out of power ,ATS will output switching value signal immediately ,

after 15 seconds delay ,ATS automatic connect Generator power supply circuit.

This function allows the generator output voltage stability ,then connection power load .

This time the time relay maximum delay for 30 seconds .customers can set the delay time according to their need ,

2 seconds to 30 seconds available.
