1) Quick Detail:

2) Description:

1. The Automatic Igniter is equipped with solenoid valve and high-voltage unit, which is installed on the cutting torch to adjust the distance between the cutting nozzle and ignition source.

2. When power is on, with the help of the solenoid valve the high-voltage unit will bring about fire source, which will meet with the fire hole of the cutting nozzle to realize ignition.

3. By using the ignition device, which makes it easier to work, and can improve efficiency and reduce the inefficient combustion time of the cutting nozzle.

4. The small holder has two kinds 30mm and 32mm, which according to the O.D. of the cutting torch for the machine use.

5. The high voltage unit is the transformer, which could transform the low voltage into the high voltage, then get the spark and ignition function, when the sparkle meet the fuel gas, which will get flame to ignite the cutting tip for cutting.
