Material
Metal perforated plate corrugated packing is made from a wide range of materials, including stainless steels 304, 316, 316L, Carbon steel, Aluminium, copper bronze etc. Other materials are available on request of users.
Diameter: 0.1m-12m;
Pressure: Vacuum to high pressure;
Liquid load: 0.2 to more than 300 m3/m2.h;
Application:
Metal perforated plate corrugated structured packing widely used in temperature sensitive application where large number of theoretical stages are needed. Low liquid loading systems for vacuum distillations or organic intermediates, amines, glycols, fatty acids, essential oils and fragrances. Suitable for solvent recovery, batch & continuous distillation system. and system of ethylbenzene / benzene second, hexamethylene kelone/ hexamethylene mellow, oneself lactam. absorb or regeneration tower.
