| Yes. We are able to provide you free samples but the courier fee should be on your account. |
| 2.What surface handing can you support ? |
We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, label printing etc. As to printing color: Any color is available according to PANTONE color number. |

| Yes We are able to open a mould according to customers’ requirement if needed. |
| 4. What is the normal lead time ? |
| (1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment. (2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment. |

(1). For small trial order, international express, like UPS, FEDIX, TNT, EMS, DHL are all acceptable. (2). For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement. |
