Ordinary, the light transmittance of clear glass>88%; the light transmittance of ultra clear glass>90%.
We also can silk screen print any color on glass.
In order to improve the strength of the glass, we will process it into tempered glass.
Tempered glass sheet is a type of glass with even compressive stress on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point (600-650°),Then cooling it down rapidly in glass surface. During the instant cooling process, the exterior of glass is solidified ,while the interior of the glass is cooled down relatively slowly. The process will bring the glass surface compressive stress and the interior tensile stress which can improve the mechanical strength of glass by germination and result in good thermal stability.
The advantages of tempered glass
1)High intensity:
The strength is 3-5 times of ordinary annealed glass in same thickness;
2)High thermostability:
Tempered glass can withstand the large temperature difference(200°), the thermostability is 3 times of ordinary annealed glass;
3)High safety
Once breakage occurs, the glass breaks into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
Packaging:
1,Glass film processing;External wooden packaging, Glass are to be paper or expandable polyethylene pearl Cotton (EPE) packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates.
2.Wooden crates worthy for ocean and land carriage.
Shipping:
1.30% deposit and 70% before shipping, FOB ShenZhen Port.
2.Sample Order and small order will ship by DHL, TNT,EMS, and UPS. It will take 2-5 working days since payment arrived.
1. How to get a quotation
We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.
The major as follow:
a. Which process and product type?
b. Material and Size.
c. Logo color.
d. Order quantity.
2. Want to place order
(1). After confirmed quotation, we will issue proforma invoice for client to sign back.
(2). Send the glass Technical Specification via email.
(3). After production glass approved, please arrange 50% deposit before proceed sample production or mass production.
(4). if need to make the sample confirmation, we will send the samples or take the sample photo to client for approved about 7 working days.
(5). Production time will base on the order quantity. We will send notice email with product photo to client before delivery.
3. Do you accept small order
Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.
4. What is the payment method
We accept paypal, Western Union or T/T. Details will advise after confirmation the order.

7. What is the shipping methods
