Bugles Snack Making Machine 

1. Description: 

Bugles are a corn chip snack food from extrusion. They come in the following flavors: Chile Cheese, Nacho Cheese, Original, Sour Cream & Onion, Salsa, Smokin' BBQ, Churros, Southwest Ranch, Sweet and Salty Chocolate Peanut Butter, Sweet and Salty Caramel, Hot Buffalo, and Hot & Spicy BBQ. The name comes from their shape.

 

 2. Raw materials: adopts potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour etc as raw materials

 

3. Products: This line can be used to produce pellets, snacks, corn flakes by adjusting the moulds from extruder;

 

4. Capacity: 100kg/h

 

5. Flow chart:

Mixing system---Extrusion system----Cutting system---Drying system---Frying system---Flavoring System --Packing system

 

6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries
