3-roll asymmetrical plate rolling machine
ⅠStructural characteristics
The machine adopts the 3-roller asymmetrical structure with the upper roller as the main drive and the lower roller making vertical movement so as to clamp the plate materials tight. ⅢMain structure and working principle :
This machine is composed of part of the work, the main motor, transmission of the side roller, lower rollers, and overturned balance device.
1. The working part is composed of the upper roller, lower rollers and side rollers. and its working principle: The bottom roll lifting vertical, top and bottom roll clamp sheet metal and move side roll to bending by plastic deformation, the top roll (active roller) spin, and then passed through the gears by bottom roll. the roller and the sheet metal friction between the sheet metal along the length of the drive the direction of movement. when the plate pass the deformation zone, its elements to be uniform along its length bending. So, the machine works by the movement and rotation of the axis
The top and the bottom rolls are all active roll, top roll force passed through a pair of meshing gears to the bottom rolls, which overcome the friction moment of sliding bearings, solving the often slippery sheet rolling problem, to improve the conditions of sub-coil.
2. Main motor unit consists of a main motor through a pair of gear reducer to the top and bottom rolls to achieve coil speed. Used between the motor and reducer coupling with a brake wheel, brake means for the hydraulic brake.
3. side roll transmission
In order to ensure the accuracy of work rolling machine, the side rolls’ ends must be ensured synchronized. 4 the bottom roll device

5. balance equipment

6. stroke control device
Side roll limit position controlled by stroke switch control, with manual control of the bottom roll stroke.
