1. General Description
Nanjing Roadsky Traffic Facility Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing Solar Crawler Mounted Drill Rig and Truck-Mounted Mounted Drill Rig. It has fast traveling speed and excellent performance, because of installing lifting steel ball motor and adopting chain-type hydraulic system. High torque of power output, high speed and efficiency of piling and pile extracting. This machine adapts to various soil, which can one-time complete when piling holes in pebbles geology, without secondary pound.
Self generating power and external connection power are both suitable for this machine, which makes wide applications to piling work of construction industry, highway, power construction areas etc.
There are two series(ST Series, SC Series) of the machines, each series has two models, Trucked-mounted Screw Drilling Rig( ST1, ST2) and Crawler Screw Drilling Rig( SC1, SC2). You can choose according to your requirements.

ST Series Truck-mounted Mounted Drill Rig
(1) It adopts hydraulic system, adapt to various ground condition, one-time complete in
pebbles geology.
(2) Self generating power and external connection power are both suitable
(3) Wide applications to piling work of construction industry, highway, power
construction areas etc.
(4) Power head reducer adopts Tricyclic Reducer which is dedicated in piling machines,
(5) Dual Motor input at the same time, output power 22-30kw, hoist lifting 3
tons, generator power 40-50kw, and the directions is controlled by hydraulic system.
(6) High output torque, fast positioning and piling, high efficiency
SC Series Crawler Mounted Drill Rig
(1)It can rotate 360°and can stretch forward and backward in a fixed position.
(2)It adopts Japan Komatsu wide crawler chassis and hydraulic systems,
(3)high torque hydraulic motor of SAI GM series with low speed,
(4)It has fast and stable traveling speed and strong gradeability.
(5)Installing a plow in front of the widen crawler chassis, which will be more stability when working.
(6)Deploy high-power turbo power, high output torque of engine, using hydraulic system when it is drilling working.
3. Common Performance
Solar Mounted Drill Rig is specially designed for piling work at WIND FARM, SOLAR and PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION construction and etc.
The piling diameter ranges from 150 mm to 800 mm while drilling depth from 1 m-15 m. The machine is equipped with 47KW diesel engine, which drives generator and output 40-50 kw power, which will:
(1) drive the power head for rotation and drilling.
(2) drive hoist for working with 7.5-11KW power;
(3) drive the hydraulic system for working.
