The bearing mounting is used to press bearings onto the wheelset of railway rolling stock.
- Two options of curve recording modes, one is time-pressure curve and the other is time-displacement curve.
- The hydraulic locking technology is adopted to guarantee non-moving of the wheelset during bearing mounting. And the height of lifter is adjustable for various types of wheelsets.
- Mounting performance shall be improved by using innovative technology such as two-end independent valve group and double pistons etc.
- Reasonable structure and advanced hydraulic technology have solved such problems as cracking and leaking etc. existing for traditional type press machine.
- The operation guide makes the bearing press machine much easier to be operated. The accurate rate of intellectually inflection point judging is 100%.
- The data collecting speed is high and accurate. The sensors can be automatically checked which shall reduce periodic checking procedure.
