A Brief Introduction About Soya Bean processing Machinery:
Textured vegetarian protein soya bean processing machinery is the newest botanical protein food processing line which is developed independently according to our national conditions on the requirement of market and on the base of advanced machiery in the world. This processing line uses soybean powder, deffated soybean powder and peanut powder to break spherical protein molecule to form chain protein molecule thus creating slice-like fiber structure, by powder-grinding, stirring, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-cutting. The product is nutritious without cholesterol or animal fat, but it looks like and tastes like meat with the quality of absorbing soil, water, and flavor.
Details of the textured vegetarian protein soya bean processing machinery:
1). Alloy(38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roastiing or replacing of materials.
2). Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3). Gearbox with aotomatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4). Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
5). Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for soya flour, also for corn/wheat flour with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half-expanded as different type of products.
6). Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
7). Siemens(China)brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process driving perfect.
8).Main motor from Siemens(China), ensure its powerful extrusion and excelllent performance.
9). Different type and capacity of extruder for your choice.
