Brief introduction of soya bean protein process line
This line is developed and manufactured based on our experience accordiing to the market demands. This line takes soybean flour, defatted soybean flour, peanut meal and so on as the main materials. After milling, mixing, extruding, cutting, and drying, the meal becomes to various shapes of soya protein/soya meat, such as chunks, flakes, minces etc. The final products of soya protein/soya meat have many characters, such as: huigh protein, rich fiber texture, meaty and tasty, without cholesterol and animal fat. So it is widely used in meat products industry, fast food production, deep frozen food production, and all kinds of vegetarian snacks and food. We provide professional turnkey sevice for this processing line.
Details of soya bean protein process line
1). Alloy(38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roastiing or replacing of materials.
2). Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin-screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3). Gearbox with aotomatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4). Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
5). Barrel with water-cooled circulation, raw materials not only for soya flour, also for corn/wheat flour with high viscosity. Different moisture-extrusion temperature ratio, whole-expanded and half-expanded as different type of products.
6). Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
7). Siemens(China)brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process driving perfect.
8).Main motor from Siemens(China), ensure its powerful extrusion and excelllent performance.
9). Different type and capacity of extruder for your choice.
You can make it various of shapes and types, such as chunks, slices, balls, chichen or fish and so on. All of them are high protein, meaty and tasty.

Before sale services:
1). Provide the free consultation of the equipment.
2). Provide the standard device and the flow chart.
3). According to the clients’ special requirement, offering the reasonable plan and free design helping to select the equipment.
Services during the sales:
1). Help client design the factory and offering professional advice, free engineering drawing for the factory layout.
2). Welcome to visit our factory or the domestic clients’ factory.
3). Inspect the machine before leaving the factory.
After sale services:
1). Oversea install and debug the equipment.
2). Train the first-line operator.
3). Provide the basic formula.
4). Operation/ Service/ Maintenance Manual: Provided In English.
5). We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the installation and teach totally in 10 days. The client need provide room, food, round-trip transportation, visa fee and a nominal $50 daily subsidy per person.

Outside: wooden case (adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets depended on clients' requirement).
Transportation:
Shipping, train, express, or upon clients’ demands.
