Brief introduction of soya bean protein processing line
Soya bean protein processing line is a new kind of inflating processing line, which is produced and developed according to rich experiences and the requirement of soya protein food market. This line adopts low-temperature soyabean powder as main material to produce new foods which looks like muscle and has the sense of mastication. This kind of food has highly nutrition and can be widely applied in many in industries: ham, can, fast -food, instant-cool food etc. This line is include mixer, double screw extruder, the compound shaping machine, fryer, the flavoring machine. It can produce the snack food by automatically.
Machine advantages of soya bean protein processing line:
a. Raw materials:
Adopts soya flour, defatted soya flour as raw materials.
b. Products:
This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; Meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder.
c. Capacity:
150kg/h,240kg/h, 500kg/h, 1ton/h
d. Flow chart:
Mixing system --- Extrusion system --- Drying system --- Packing system
e. Voltage In China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage in different countries.
f. Machines materials:
All the machines are made by stainless steel.
We can make it various of shapes and types, such as chunks, slices, balls, chichen or fish and so on. All of them are high protein, meaty and tasty.

Before sale services:
1). Provide the free consultation of the equipment.
2). Provide the standard device and the flow chart.
3). According to the clients’ special requirement, offering the reasonable plan and free design helping to select the equipment.
Services during the sales:
1). Help client design the factory and offering professional advice, free engineering drawing for the factory layout.
2). Welcome to visit our factory or the domestic clients’ factory.
3). Inspect the machine before leaving the factory.
After sale services:
1). Oversea install and debug the equipment.
2). Train the first-line operator.
3). Provide the basic formula.
4). Operation/ Service/ Maintenance Manual: Provided In English.
5). We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the installation and teach totally in 10 days. The client need provide room, food, round-trip transportation, visa fee and a nominal $50 daily subsidy per person.
Packing:
Outside: wooden case (adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets depended on clients' requirement).
Transportation:
Shipping, train, express, or upon clients’ demands.
