1. Material:
1) The frame inside is rather firm with polish dealing
2) Hardwood frame in precise design, the frame is specially treated by kiln-dried can prevent warping, swelling, shrinking or shape changing.
3) The water content of the wood frame is 11%-13%; Meeting the international requirements.
4) High elastic rubber belt and Sinuous No-sag spring & pocket depend on select.

1) Italian Leather (Heavy/mid-heavy/thin)
2) Top Grain Leather + Split leather

3. Packing:
1) Seaworthy packing: White polyester bag + Kraft Pad +woven bag with marks and product information
2) The metal legs are removed and packed separately. The wood legs are togethered with the body.
3) Any packing method can be as per customer's request.
4. Payment Terms:
T/T, 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance should be paid before loading.
5. FOB Delivery Lead time:
30-45 days after getting 30% deposit and confirm all details.
1) We have professional foreign trade person who can speak English/Hebrew/Spanish service you.
2) We have professional shipping department help you export products successfully.
3) When you arrive the airport,we can arrange to pick you up.

Then we will make a proforma invoice for your confirm. After confirmed all the information, you can arrange the deposit and we start to production, last we will arrange the shipping to you once we received the balance. -
Is there a warranty available on the order?
one year warranty against any manufacturer defects. However, abuse and mal-function of products are not included. -
Do you offer international shipping?
In most case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping. If needed, we can offer shipping too.
