1. Description
Macaroni pasta is produced by single-screw extruder through extruding, drying, frying, flavoring, and packing, after drying, the pellet needs frying to get expanded.It can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on.
2. Raw materials: adopts potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour etc as raw materials
3. Capacity: 100- 120 kg/h

5. Voltage in China: 380V/50Hz for three phases, 220V/50Hz for single phase, we can make it according to customers’ Local voltage according to different countries

Technology Parameter of Italian Pasta Production Line
Mixer
It is a Mixer which can mix all the raw materials (powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.
Screw Conveyor
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Single Screw Extruder
The Single-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system and controlling system.
Cooling Tower
This part will cool the temperature of the pasta and is helpful to the next process.
Hot Air Dryer
Packing
