2. The balance to be paid off when the samples produced by the mould pass the inspection of our clients;

1.Are you a factory or trade company?
-------We are a factory. We provide you one-stop service, from mold design to part production for aluminum die casting.
2. Where is your factory?
-------Our factory located on Nanhai, Guangdong. We always quote the price based on FOB Guangzhou
3.How to order?
-------Firstly, Customers could send us your drawing or sample, such as 2D and 3D drawing(IGS or STP format)
-------Secondly, Our engineers will check the drawing carefully and then provide you a better price. The price including mould cost and product price.
-------Thirdly, If you accept, you can go ahead to visit our factory. You will see our die casting equipment, production line and inspection line during visiting.
-------Fourthly, Go ahead the sample according to your drawing.
-------Fifthly, if all thing are acceptable by you, we will go ahead to order confirmation.
4.Your payment terms & tooling lead time?
--------Mould: 50% prepaid balance will be paid after sample approval, tooling lead time 45 days sample lead time 50 days; Tooling life is 50000shots
--------Part: 50% before production, 50% after you receive the copy of B/L. Production Lead time: 30-45days
5. MOQ
Each item 1000pcs/shipment, less than MOQ, US$350(2200RMB) will be charged as set up costs per item.
6. MOQ
Standard packed in bubble bag then in carton, special request will be requoted .
