Manufacture standard and customized solutions for potato chips making equipment. It is made with over 20 years experience and advantages of advanced equipment,which is reasonable in structure,simple in operation, reliable in running and wide use.
The making equipment is mainly used in processing of fresh potato. It is consisted of a majoy IQF Freezerand auxiliary device, different devices can be connected flexibly.
The main fuction of the line before quicking freezing is cleaning and sterilizing.Customers can equip with different divice according to their requiremnt.Customers can also choose IQF freezer or parts of equipments in the line.
Characteristics of fresh potato chips making equipment:
1. Different model to meet different output capacity requirements and special requirements can be customized.
2. Flexible configuration to satisfy different budget and workshop area requirements.
3. Adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel to ensure long service life, neatness and easy clean.
4. Besides fried potato chips and fried French fries, technical process can be adjusted to produce frozen potato chips and frozen French fries.
5. Raw material is wide. Besides potato, the raw material also can be sweet potato, cassava, carrots, radish, taro, and banana and so on. The final products will be various.
6. The waste of potato in washing & peeling machine and cutting machine is very few.
7. Thickness of potato chips and French fries can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
8. Frying machine with oil-water mixing technology, which can clean the sediment easily, so as to extend oil change period, save cost largely and ensure good frying taste.
