Brief Introduction of Pellet Snacks Making Machine
1. Raw materials: use potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour as raw material, makes food through the process of extruding, cooking, shaping, drying and frying.
2. By choosing different dies, you can make different shapes food such as shell, screw, square tube, round tube, lotus root slices etc. The food is very popular in market.
3. Advantage: rational design, high automatic degree and accuracy control.
4. Machine material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
5. The screws material is 38CrMnAl, which is wear-resisting.
6. Our project is turn-key. We will send our engineer to your factory, install and debug the equipments, and train your operators.
7. The processing line needs two - four workers to operate.
8. Around 100 square meters plant is suggested for this line. The length is no less than 20 meters.
9. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
Mixer
This part can mix all the raw materials (powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.
Screw Conveyor
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Single Screw Extruder
The Single-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system and controlling system.
Automatic Fryer
PLC centrally controls the frying process in high automation.Advanced temperature control device and reasonable stirring device ensure the best frying quality.
Hoister & Flavor Feeder
This part combine the hoister(conveyor) and flavor together.Two functions by one machine.
Roller
There are still various kind of pellet chips which the machine can produce. You can get the aimed shapes by using different moulds of the machine.
Packing
Inside: plastic bag for pellet snacks making machine
Outside: wooden case for pellet snacks making machine(the kinds of wooden case or pellet depended on clients' requirements.)
