Brief introduction of breakfast cereal production line
Breakfast cereal production line can produce breakfast cereal which is one kind of nutritional convenient food which is produced by this process line, using grist as basic material, with different shapes, such as, granule, flake, animal, etc. One outstanding characteristic of the breakfast cereal is that it contains abundant compound carbohydrates and dietary fibre, strengthens lots of microelements, such as vitamin and mineral, and also can be added with cocoa and sugar, like honey and maltose. It can be drunk directly after mixed into coffee, milk, yoghourt or functional drink. Children can eat breakfast cereal as sweet crispy snack.
Details of breakfast cereal production line
1) Alloy (38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing of materials.
2)Adopting speedadjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3)Gearbox with automatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
4) World famous brand Siemens main motor, guaranteeing good quality
5)Increased radiator on driving part for forced cooling effect, ensuring extruder operates safely.
6)Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
You can produce various shapes of breakfast cereals and snacks by changing different moulds, such like: ring, flake, ball, moon, star, letter and so on.
