Brief Introduction of Breakfast Cereal Product Machinery
Breakfast Cereals use corn and other cereals as main material, through mixing,extruding or boiling, planishing, drying, baking, coating and cooling, to get crispy flakes. It can be mixed with coffee or milk, or eaten as snacks.
This machine is developed and manufactured on the basis of the international advanced extruder technology, which is named breakfast cereal machine. Its technology performance and quality can reach international advanced level. This production line consist of mixing, boiling, pressing, drying and inflating, which can be finished in one time, the level of its automation is very high.
Mixer
It is a Mixer which can mix all the raw materials (powder form) with water and liquid chemical additives.
Screw Conveyor
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the stainless steel roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution; Feed quantity and speed is even and stable
Extruder
The Twin-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system and controlling system.
Dryer
It is used for drying. The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. The temperature also can be controlled. Multi-layer dryer is with compact size than other type dryers.
Sugar Sprayer
With the special screw pump, this machine can inject chocolate, butter, and sugar on the corn flakes. This machine can also that the core and keep the temperature.
Roller
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with snacks evenly.
You can produce various shapes of breakfast cereals and snacks by changing different moulds, such like: ring, flake, ball, moon, star, letter and so on.
Packing:
Outside: wooden case for the breakfast cereal product machinery(adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets based on the clients’ need)
