Rowing Machine Rower RM206 is a piece of exercise equipment that allows you to simulate rowing a boat.
Using a rowing machine gives you a more complete workout than stairsteppers or treadmills, which mainly exercise your lower half.
To operate a rowing machine, sit on the seat with your knees bent and take the handle, which simulates the 'oars' in both hands.
Pull back with the arms and back while pushing your seat back by extending your legs.
The hydraulic rowing machine is equipped with a resistance system of twin independent hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders’ adjuster clamps place the row arms up or down to adjust the resistance level. The rower has a 6-function LCD monitor, which allows you to stay well informed of the calories, distance, time , count and total count during every session. The machine accepts the maximum user weight of 110kg (242lbs).
Computer and 360°moving direction handle is optional.
