Kincolor UV curable flatbed printer
With a maximum resolution of 720*2880dpi, the effective printing area of this UV1325D UV curable flatbed printer is 1.22*2.44m, Standard thickness of the printed materails reaches 60mm and the printing breadth and height can be customized according to clients' requirements. Precise positioning can be achieved by the Y-axis dual-screw double-motor grating, which enables the curable flatbed printer to print 2mm character without deviation.
Operating system of Kincolor UV printer
1.Anti-jamming system
The machine adopts three anti-jamming measures which can effectively improve the anti-jamming capability. These measures make Kincolor printer work calmly under bad conditions, such as electric welding machine and large-scale electrical equipment working at the same time.
2. Kincolor UV light is an efficient, mute and radiation protection system
The UV light of Kincolor is hight-performance, low power and low heat,which allows the user to really reduce the cost. The UV light is high quality and reliable curing system, which can meet the more rapid mode of production. The control system can achieve real-time power control. When shutter is turned off, the UV lamp automatically reduce the power more than 50% to achieve energy-saving purpose. The most substantial reduction in the generation of ozone (to prevent the operator from high concentrations of ozone). The mute features of UV light make it more suitable for high-end users and avoid complaint by neighbors. The low power printing can effectively increase the lamp life up to 1500-2000 hours and really reduce the cost.
3.Patent of ring, double chain system
This system will separate the data transmission of force electricity and weak electricity.The separation can effectively avoid the disorder. The independence and separation of ink, air and circuit improve the safety and stability. Besides, it is easy to maintenance.
4. Symmetrical dual-rail movement systems for Y-axis
The design of Y-axis symmetrical dual-rail movement system will allow greater weight of the head, so that long-running will not cause the screen dislocation. The accuracy will be consistent and the quality can be guarantee.
5.Isolated power supply system
The whole data processing parts will get special power supply from voltage regulator,the external electromagnetic interference can be effectively prevented and there will be no defects, so this will improve the production efficiency.
6. International brand name-Panasonic servo motor drive control system
Panasonic control system can achieve fast, high-quality and precision printing. Besides, it can greatly reduce the maintenance costs.
7.High speed,silent and dual-rail system for X-axi
Kincolor UV printer adopts imported mute slider, to avoid the noise of high-speed operation. Equipment operators will not be tired of the noise when they work with the printer for long time. 8.Anti-electromagnetic interference and power protection systems
The data processing part powed by high quality power supply module. It can effectively fight against external electromagnetic interference, and to make Kincolor printer more suitable for different regions.Besides,the electromagnetic radiation is very small and this will ensure the signal transmission, so this will improve the print quality especially for large format printing.
9. The short circuit protection system for UV light
Experience has shown that 220V power cord in the long-term back and forth will bend inevitably.Unexpected situation occurs, the Kincolor UV light safety system will automatically isolate the power supply, which can effectively prevent leakage of electricity, to avoid causing personal injury of the operator, this function is much welcome by European and American users.
10. Lightning overvoltage protection
The power input part adopts the overvoltage protection device, to prevent external over-voltage on the machine. This device can prevent lighting and burning of the circuit, so this will avoid accidental lost and improve the anti-interference ability of the printer.
